The multi-colored rainbow skirt is layered and the top mesh layer features holographic heat-sealed sequins for that extra sparkly effect and no glitter shedding!  This set includes a sequin-covered star wand with hot sealed flowing ribbons and wings that are covered in rainbow sequins & lined with beautiful pink satin.
