We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging for refund within 10 days when accompanied by your original receipt. Please include a note in the shipment explaining the reason for returning or exchanging the item or items.
It is highly recommended that you ship your return via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) with proper packaging, insurance, and tracking.

There is a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise over $200. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, please refuse the order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 860-434-3562 and we'll send a new shipment to you right away.
If you open the shipment and it's damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging. Please email (email@example.com) or call us (860-434-3562) and we will file a claim for you.
