Not completely happy with your purchase? No problem — we make it easy to return or exchange online.

Start your return online — self serve, anytime. Visit our Returns Center to start your return or exchange in just a few clicks. No need to call or email first — simply enter your order number, select the item you'd like to return or exchange, and follow the steps. You'll receive a confirmation with next steps right away.

What we accept: Returns are accepted on unused merchandise in original packaging within 10 days of receipt, accompanied by your original receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

How to ship your return: Pack your items securely and include a note explaining the reason for your return or exchange. We recommend shipping via USPS with tracking and insurance — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returned merchandise totaling over $200. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be credited back to the original card used for purchase. Refunds typically appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles.

Damaged or Defective Items

We're sorry if something arrived less than perfect — we'll make it right immediately.

Damaged on arrival: If your package looks damaged when it's delivered, please refuse the shipment. Then contact us at info@thebowerbird.com or 860-434-3562 and we'll send a replacement right away.

Damaged after opening: If you open your package and find the item(s) damaged inside, please hold onto all original packaging — it's needed to file a shipping claim. Contact us at info@thebowerbird.com or 860-434-3562 and we'll handle the claim on your behalf and get a replacement on its way to you.
