Shipping Methods

Most merchandise on The Bowerbird online store will be shipped USPS to addresses within the continental U.S. If you request UPS, please note that UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Orders with an incorrect shipping address will incur a $10.00 correction fee.


Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12pm Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Shipments to more than one address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.

Order Status and Tracking

If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will receive notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Out of Stock and Backordered Items

While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a backorder on an item you have ordered, you will receive email notification with the expected ship date. If one item is on backorder and is purchased along with other in stock merchandise, we will ship the order to you minus the backordered merchandise.

Shipping Charges

Our merchandise varies greatly in size and weight. For this reason, our shipping rates are based on actual weight and dimensions of the products you order. We make every effort to get your order to you in the quickest, most cost effective method.
