It is the most useful towel in the kitchen because it is absorbent and dries dishes like magic.  Then, once it's wet you can hang it up and it dries in a flash. It's preshrunk and easy to wash with chlorine bleach.  It even gets better each time you wash it!  Not to mention it works for polishing and cleaning.
