Explore Scientific 114mm Reflector Telescope

Featuring a special mount for a smartphone and an app that guides you through the night sky, the Explore Scientific National Geographic StarApp114 114mm Reflector Telescope makes it easy to find, observe, and learn about stars, planets, and constellations. The telescope has a fast focal ratio that's ideal for lower magnification, wide-field observation, or deep-sky astrophotography, and the combination of aperture, focal length, and focal ratio produce bright images with a wide field of view.

The ARTelescope App includes an encyclopedia with details about planets and constellations as they come into view. Made of lightweight but sturdy carbon fiber, the optical tube assembly is supported by the alt-azimuth mount with a single control handle that allows you to track objects as they move across the night sky while also limiting vibration. The tripod provides a stable observation platform and has a tray for the included 26 & 9.7mm Plossl eyepieces and the 2x Barlow lens.
